The food menu is built for sharing: pasta made on the premises, seafood, and vegetables that follow the season. Plates arrive as they are ready and are sized for the middle of the table rather than one each. What is on it moves with the produce.

The beverage menu gives Italian varietals and their regions the first say, with Australian growers to answer them, and a cocktail section drawn from aperitifs, vermouths and the flavours of the coast.
